Refund Policy
We stand behind our coaching. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
1. AI Copilot Subscription
The Paytience AI Copilot add-on ($19/mo) is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee:
Full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of initial purchase.
The 14-day guarantee applies only to the initial purchase. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Challenge Fees
Refund eligibility for trading challenge registration fees depends on the status of your challenge:
If you have purchased a challenge but have not placed any trades, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you have begun trading but have not yet passed or failed the challenge, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, minus a 15% administration fee.
If your challenge has been terminated due to a rule breach (drawdown, daily loss, etc.), no refund is available. You may purchase a new challenge at the standard rate or at a discounted retry fee where applicable.
Successfully completed challenges are not eligible for refund. By passing the challenge, you have received the full value of the service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your registered email address, the product/tier purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and may request additional information to verify your identity and purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (cryptocurrency wallet) used for the purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed and the transaction has been submitted to the blockchain.
4. Refund Method
All refunds are processed in cryptocurrency via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note:
- Refunds are denominated in the USD equivalent of the original purchase price, converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the refund.
- Blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with the refund transaction are borne by Paytience.
- Refund processing time may be affected by blockchain network congestion and is outside our control once submitted.
- You must provide a valid wallet address for the refund. Paytience is not responsible for refunds sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by you.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Successfully completed (passed) trading challenges.
- Coaching subscriptions beyond the 14-day initial guarantee period.
- Challenges that have been failed due to rule breaches.
- Add-on features or one-time purchases consumed or activated.
- Any purchase where fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy is suspected.
6. Abuse Prevention
Paytience reserves the right to deny refund requests if we reasonably determine that the refund policy is being abused. Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to:
- Repeated purchases and refund requests (more than two refund requests within a 6-month period).
- Requesting a refund after extensively using the service or consuming significant coaching resources.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent refund limitations.
In cases of suspected abuse, Paytience may restrict or terminate your access to the platform.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider instead of following our refund process, Paytience reserves the right to immediately suspend your account and contest the chargeback.
